Each year we set priority targets that we work on as a school as part of our drive for continuous school improvement, ensuring excellence for all. We review data outcomes; monitoring findings and discussions with staff, parents and pupils to help us identify these priorities. Our aims for this year are:

Key Objective 1: Strengthen the writing curriculum by prioritising core knowledge and foundational skills to improve writing outcomes.

Key Objective 2:  Further develop leadership at all levels by embedding a culture of shared leadership and empowering staff to lead impactful school improvement initiatives.

Key Objective 3: Enhance provision for SEND and lower-attaining pupils through precise scaffolding and adaptive teaching, ensuring inclusive practice is embedded across the school.
